Welcome to my website! I am one of three Kindergarten teachers at Chief Shikellamy Elementary School. Feel free to take a few minutes and learn a little bit about me.
HOMETOWN: I was born in Sunbury, PA and grew up across the river in Northumberland. I attended and graduated from Shikellamy High School.EDUCATION: Upon graduating from Shikellamy H.S., I attended Penn State University in State College. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from this university. I also received my master's degree in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University.TEACHING EXPERIENCE: After graduating from Penn State, I taught third grade in the Susquenita School District for one year. Following that experience I was offered a position with Shikellamy and began teaching first grade at Chief. Now I'm teaching Kindergarten!UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL: In my free time you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, or curled up with a good book.
